Refund policy
1. Shipping
Orders are processed once receipt of payment has been confirmed.
The customer is responsible for correctly providing all shipping details. LEVIAL TECH, S.L. is not liable for delivery errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the costs of reshipment shall be borne by the buyer.
2. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions:
In accordance with Article 103.e of Royal Decree-Law 1/2007, as this is a sealed food product (vials), the right of withdrawal and the return of LEVIAL products will not be accepted once the security seal on the box or individual containers has been opened or tampered with after delivery, for strict reasons of health and hygiene protection.
In the case of a single purchase, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without needing to provide a reason. To do so, they must communicate their decision via email to: info@levial.es.
In the case of subscription purchases, the user may only exercise their 14-day right of withdrawal with the first shipment of their subscription, provided that the product maintains its original seal intact and unbroken. To do so, you must communicate your decision via email to info@levial.es.

3. Exception to the Right of Withdrawal (Unsealed Products)
In accordance with Article 103.e of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (LGDCU), returns of products that have been unsealed after delivery will not be accepted for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
Given that the products marketed by LEVIAL TECH, S.L. are drinkable nutricosmetics, returns will only be accepted when:
- The product retains its original intact packaging.
- The security seal has not been tampered with or opened.
- The product is in perfect condition for resale
4. Return Shipping Costs
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the shipping costs for the return shall be borne by the customer.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and its condition verified, LEVIAL TECH, S.L. will proceed to refund the corresponding amount using the same payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable period and in accordance with current regulations.
6. Incidents, Damage or Breakage
If the order shows damage or breakage attributable to transport, the customer must notify it within a maximum period of 24 to 48 hours from receipt.
Notification must be made via email to info@levial.es, attaching graphic evidence (photographs) of the condition of the product and the packaging.
If such period elapses without notification, LEVIAL TECH, S.L. shall not be held liable for incidents arising from transport.
